Vendor Terms

The 2023 Louisiana Sheriffs’ Association (LSA) Sheriffs’ and Wardens’ Annual Training Conference and Exhibition is drawing near and we’re looking forward to reconnecting with you. Please join us from July 9-12, 2023 at the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rouge, LA. The Conference is planned with an eye towards practical information and training opportunities to address some of today’s important law enforcement, executive and corrections issues. 

 Exhibitors’ fees have been set at $1,000. After July 11^th , Exhibitors’ Fees will be $1,100.  For vendors wishing to register onsite at the conference, fees will be $1,250 and booth size will be strictly dependent upon availability.  Late registrations generally result in vendors receiving smaller and less prominent booths for exhibition purposes.  So, get your registrations to us as early as possible to ensure that your exhibition space is reserved today!

 This fee will allow two of your representatives to enjoy all of the convention activities.  Please click here to register: https://lsa.org/vendor-registration. If you do not already have one will need to create a username and password.

Should you choose to pay by check, simply print your confirmation at the end of the registration process and return that form with your payment to the LSA office.  That’s it!

In addition to registering online, you must make your own hotel reservations. The conference will be at the Crowne Plaza at 4728 Constitution Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70808. Information about hotel registration will be provided soon. The Crowne Plaza  offers conference participants a rate of $112 and up per night +tax. In order to receive these special rates you must make your reservations by June 16^th, 2023 or up until when the block is full. This block will fill up quickly, so please make your reservations early. Hotel registrations can be made at https://www.ihg.com/crowneplaza/hotels/us/en/baton-rouge/btrca/hoteldetail or by calling the Crowne Plaza directly at 225.925.2244. In order to receive these special rates you must make your reservations before the block of rooms closes (June 8th) or is full. Remember to inform the hotel staff that you are with the Louisiana Sheriffs’ Association and use the three letter code SWC to obtain special conference room rates.

On-site conference Registration and Setup for exhibitors is Monday, July 10, 2023 , from 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. If you do not have your registration materials, including ID badge, you will not be allowed entry into the exhibition area. Security will be present from the close of registration on Monday at 6:00 p.m.  until the Exhibition hall opens.

The vendors Exhibition Area will open for exhibition on Tuesday, July 11^th at 7:00 a.m. with our Breakfast with Vendors. The official GRAND OPENING of the hall will be at 8:00 a.m. for Sheriffs Only. At 8:30 a.m., the exhibition hall opens for everyone. Please see our website for the full exhibition schedule. In addition to regular exhibition hours, on Tuesday and Wednesday, there will be a continental “Breakfast with Vendors” in the exhibition area. This has proven to be a very effective way of bringing a number of the conference participants into the exhibition area, offering maximum exposure for each of you. We have also planned a President’s/Vendors’ Reception on the evening of Tuesday, July 11^th, at 6:00 p.m. This reception has been planned with vendor exposure specifically in mind.
